Spanish Wells is one of the most unique residential communities on Hilton Head. While there is no security gate at its entrance, it is still one of the most exclusive neighborhoods on the island.
Most of the lots in Spanish Wells are an acre or more in size, many with spectacular views of the Calibogue Sound or Broad Creek. Ammenities include a golf course, tennis court, and marina.
